Dearest Michelle,

I thank my lucky stars that my brother Frank is in one of your bands and you have become my voice teacher and friend. You are not only extremely talented but kind and compassionate. Example: if you have 2 homes and only need one....give one away. You are a beautiful woman inside and out! May God bless you now and always.

Love, Rose

Billy White

August 25, 2007

Born with the improbable name of Billy White and blessed with an extraordinary pair of hands, this young man brings an intensity, humor and joy to the piano which promises to make him one of the musical voices of his generation. After breaking free of his classical-prodigy role and taking jazz gigs around San Francisco at fifteen, Billy attracted jazz-loving parents from around the city to his concerts at prestigious Lick-Wilmerding high school. Earning a music scholarship to UCLA’s ethnomusicology department, Billy blossomed from a pianist into a multi-faceted musician, learning multiple ethnic instruments, production, scoring several student films, and acting as keyboardist musical director for BOKU (www.myspace.com/bokulive), a red-hot live afro-hip-hop band whose recent album, Fully Loaded (available on iTunes) garnered label attention and reviews in MTV news online. Upon graduating Billy escaped to New York, sharing an apartment in Brooklyn with a couple of musicians and playing with several groups, including a jazz-electronica fusion project called
Nodody (www.myspace.com/nobody) , a vocal jazz quartet called the Steele Greye Collective, and his own group at the Goodbye Blue Monday café in Brooklyn. Recently returned to the west coast to investigate a future in film scoring and sound design, Billy has formed an innovative jazz collective in San Francisco and is seeking representation to help him realize his dreams of making music to wake up the world.

Can he play Jaco?

We have releaseed one CD - you can hear some of our music when you visit our website. We would like more information on your company and how you can help us possibly get more gigs on a regular basis. We currently work with a promoter but gigs are not coming around as often as we would want them to. Sonoma Front

April 22, 2006

Hello,

Joey Santiago here from Sonoma Front. We are a progressive rock band from Farmington. We've been together for 3 years, released our first CD last year and currently we're finalizing our 2nd CD. Because of this we haven't been too busy playing out and that's basically the way we wanted it for the time being. However, we now feel that it's time to get our name out there and could use some help from someone that would be able to book us for fairs, festivals, and other music venues. For your information, you can check out our website at www.thefrontrocks.com. Once there, you would be able to visit links were you can see our press kit and hear what we sound like. We would gladly welcome and appreciate any information that you can provide to us.

Best Regards,

Joey Santiago

Michelle booked a harpist, Patricia Thomas, for our outdoor wedding ceremony at the Candlewood Inn on June 25. Everyone working at the Inn had told us that you could never hear live harp music at our site because the area and the lake are so open. I expressed this concern to Michelle and she assured me that she would microphone and position Patricia so this would not be a problem. She was right! Patricia’s beautiful music was heard clearly by all 220 guests! DRC Music Entertainment was so easy to work with. I would recommend Michelle, Douge, and Patricia to anyone looking to book an accommodating and talented musician for their special day. Thank you Michelle!
